AI with human review: prepare, check and decide
Bring AI into everyday work while keeping control over decisions and exceptions.
Separate preparation from decisions
An assistant can draft a reply, summarize an inquiry or suggest a category. Agree on which actions require approval before sending a message, changing a record or making a commitment to a customer.
Make review practical
Show the sources used, missing information and points that need checking. Reviewers should not have to reconstruct the entire process to understand a suggestion.
Provide a manual fallback
Define who handles exceptions and what happens when the service is unavailable. Start with limited permissions and suitable test data. Success should include the quality of review, alongside speed.
Test difficult cases
Include ambiguous requests, incomplete documents and incorrect outputs. Check that the team can correct, reject and resume the work. Review needs to be a real part of the workflow.
Every process needs its own assessment. This guide is a starting point, not a promise of results.
